ViralKit is an AI toolkit for social media creators. This page is maintained by the ViralKit team to answer common privacy questions about the application. It is editable app-owned content, not an independent certification.

• Prompts & inputs you type into the tools (topics, niches, captions to remix).
• Uploaded photos you submit to the Photo → Viral Pack tool.
• Generated outputs (hashtags, captions, scripts, thumbnails).
• Local preferences stored in your browser (theme, daily usage counter, upgrade state).

We do not require an account to use the free tools. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploads or prompts to train third-party models.

• To generate the content you ask for, in real time.
• To enforce daily usage limits on the free tier.
• To improve product reliability and prevent abuse.

Prompts and uploaded images are sent to our AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway) solely to produce your requested output. Outputs are returned to your browser. We do not retain a long-term copy of your uploaded photos on our servers beyond what is needed to fulfill the request.

ViralKit uses your browser's local storage to remember your daily usage count and Pro unlock state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can clear your local data at any time by clearing your browser storage. For data deletion, export, or any privacy request, contact privacy@viralkit.app.

ViralKit is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload images of minors without consent.

We will update the date at the top whenever this policy changes.
